Are you sure you want to do this?
I just want to run the 2686 head on the engine until I can get my 91 head rebuilt. I have the 91 intake and exhaust but could I use these on the renix head temporarley?

Heads interchange fine from Renix to early HO.

Just be sure you use the intake gasket for the manifold you use, not the head, and it will seal fine.
