The key is on the back of the balancer.

I appreciate it guys i pulled it today and apparently it had sheared the key, gotta new balancer and installed it, actually just got done and its running fine! Thanks for all the help guys!

Thanks for that info, Carl. I didn't know the bolt size or torque specs, I just tightened the Prius out of it.
