Default Hard start/high idle/stalls while driving

I have a '93 4.0 189,xxx with a hell of an issue. When it has been sitting for a while it starts right up just fine, like overnight for example. If I shut it off then try to start it right back up it just cranks and cranks, though it does sound like it wants to start, the RPM's even jump a little during this time, but it just wont start. When it is running it idles high, around 1100 rpm's, I have also noticed a bit of a lag when I push the gas pedal when driving, it will sputter for a second then take off just fine. A couple of times I have been driving, and all of a sudden it will die out on me and not start for a very long time, just cranks but no start. I replaced the starter during the summer because the old one was going out. I have tried replacing both the IAC and TPS, but still the same issue. It has a new fuel pressure regulator valve, well its a couple years old, the fuel pump was also replaced a couple years ago as well. I can hear it prime when I turn the key to on. Anyone have any clues as to what is going on? Thanks

Did you replace the TPS with a OEM sensor or some aftermarket sensor?

Yeah the CPS was next on my list of possibilities, both the IAC and TPS were aftermarket parts from autozone, difficult to get OEM from dealership though it is engine management and thats the route I should be going. I should also mention that it is not throwing any codes.

Go to dodgeparts.com and buy OEM there. You'll save about $20 over buying at the dealership. I just replaced my TPS and cleaned my IAC and it's running fine now. My Jeep wasn't throwing any codes either. Your best bet is to stick with OEM sensors because these Jeeps seem to not like aftermarket. I hope this helps.
