Exclamation Hard to figure this one out ...

Guys.. anyone .. been trying to figure this one out ..got an 08 grand cherokee and what it is doing is that body shakes lightly when slowly stop or when take off.. have checked suspension , shocks not leaking , track bars ... anyone have anyidea what causing this .. tires at 42 psi from 35 and does the same thing the body shakes

welcome to the forums, Have you checked the motormounts to make sure they are good and that the bolts are tight? also the tranny mount?

some more experienced members should chime in soon enough =)

Does it shake when rolling to a stop in neutral? It could be the transmission causing the vibrations. Check the fluid level and condition in your tranny and Tcase.

No ... shakes only when justabt coming to complets stop .. sideway shake like.. when the wife drive it I behind it with my vehicle and when she comes to a nearly complete stop can see the back body shakes slightly... but ck the Tranny tho to be sure ... thx for the tip

If its an '08 have the dealer look at it. It should be under Warranty.

If not, how many miles on it? And have you looked into the brakes?

yeah it is an 08 ... and do have the warrantly on it/extend .. got abt 53k miles... mmmm perhaps may have to get all four off ck the rotors and brakes mmmm that a possible ... many thx for the tip

driveshaft imbalance? is it lifted? t case drop?

all stock ... wifes baby ... but possible imbalance due to u joints issue .. that will ck into .. thx for the tip

Just a thought, have a real good look at your tires, a slightly shiftedbelt in a tire might only be noticable at slow speeds. check rims as well.
