H.o.?
So how do you tell if the engine is a h.o. from what I'm told it's just the head that's different. Tips would be great. And what year did they actually start the h.o.?

It started in '91. If it's a complete engine it will have the temp sensor in the thermostat housing. So, if it doesn't have a temp sensor in the head ( drivers side- rear) it would be a HO: or at least a HO head.

The name HO started in 1991 when they got rid of the Renix system. But honestly there's no major difference between renix and HO in terms of output
