Up - Country suspension pkg. did, along with skid plates. If you look in the Mopar-Jeep OEM parts catalog, you'll see three different spring rates (or arches, a 4" std. duty, a 5" Heavy duty, and 6.5" for the up-country pkg.,) offered. But no spacers.
