First off I am new to this forum. But, I am starting to fix up a 2000 cherokee sport. I recently replaced the a/c heater blower resistor the other day. I drove to RI and when I parked it a gurgling sound from my engine. I checked my oil and coolant. ( I do not consider myself a mechanic, kind of learn as I go). The noise only seems to be load and noticeable after I use the a/c. Any idea what it may be or where to start?

 

Firstly, I wouldn't worry about it if everything works properly and it only does it briefly after you turn the engine off. Or is it doing it after you turn the A/C off?

I'm curious since my '93 has always gurgled a bit immediately after I turn the engine off and I always assumed it was coolant circulating.

Hopefully someone will join in and tell us what it likely is.
