Default Guage Cluster Problem

So i had the jeep detailed for a show at our church, and on the way home all the gauges stopped working. Lights work , dimer works, just none of the gauges do. I have checked every fuse that i know of. ANY SUGGESTIONS ?
Thanks guys

Two possibilities.
1.) Poor connection of the two connectors behind the cluster. Pull the gauges, clean the contacts, add a little Dielectric grease and reassemble.

2.) This happened on mine....bad key lock cylinder. With the engine running and the gauges not working, try gently rotating the key toward the off position while watching the gauges. If you feel a slight bump (like a detent) and the gauges come back to life, replace the the cylinder. Rare, but it happens.

All gauge info comes from the PCM via the CCD Bus.

Funny but I'm dealing with both scenes, first the guages don't work and the airbag light comes on (loose connection) at the plugs - just tap the dash on the top or underneath the cluster to the right behind the key. They jump back to life. I haven't pulled the cluster yet, I have the base guages, I'm looking for a set with tach, temp, etc to swap out. Then my blinkers, a/c fan and such don't work - that's my ignition cylinder, just gently adjust the key, soon to be replaced. Actually I think the ignition is fine I think it's my key (copy) cause it doesn't work in the doors to good either. I wonder if I can get a new factory key from Jeep? Anyone?

Performance Control Module (the computer).

CCD-Bus is the propietary means that Chrysler used to transmit data from the PCM to the gauge cluster. 2 wires carry all the data.
