Default Grinding sound coming from Pully

I have had this terrrible grinding sound coming from my engine bay for a month or so now and its really starting to get on my nerves. I have tried to research it but couldnt find much info. The only thing I have found points to it being from a bearing in the AC. I dont know if this is it but it gets higher pitched with more RPM's so i think its a pulley. What do you all think.

Heres a video its hard to hear cause of the crappy camera but it might help.

Any help would be great, Thanks

kinda sounds like a dry bearing. i would take the belt off, and spin all the pulley's, and check them for play.

So just spin them by hand and listen/feel for resistance. If it happens this is the case how would i go about fixing it.

The other thing you can do is get a mechanics stethoscope and check all components that way.

Alright I removed the belt and spun all the pulleys by hand and none of them had any play in them however the alt. pulley sqeeked as i spun it so I think its coming from it. What should I do?
