Default grinding noise when accelerating

i need some opinions.
whenever i take off quickly or accelerate and turn something sorta grinds then goes away. yea i know its not a whole lot of info, id just like some thoughts on what it could be. i did this before i put my lift and tires on too. i have a 2001 jeep cherokee sport.

happens when im on cement mostly, havent noticed it too much in the mud

STOP...Its your trans mount!! Mine did the same exact thing! It kept getting worse until I installed a poly trans mount! the old one was so worn out that the metal was connecting creating a vibration.

is it your cooling fan hitting the radiator? if you have bad motor and trans mounts the motor might be moving enough for the mechanical fan to come in contact with the radiator.
