Unhappy Grinding Noise

Just got my first Jeep. It is a 96 Cherokee Country and it runs like a champ with one problem.

As soon as the Jeep gets in motion there is a grinding noise. It sounds like it is coming from the transfer case. It continues until I hit around 35 then it goes away. No loss of power, drained the Transfer case and didn't find any metal shavings. Works in 2H, 4H and 4L but you can also here the noise in these gears. Any ideas?????

Default Thanks

So where would I go from here? Rebuilding the Transfer Case?
How long will it drive with this issue before it cracks the case?

lol. People make fun of me because my sway bar is still connected. I dont get it. It has quick connects to take out and I met a guy that his Wrangler had that for more flex? I doubt thats what mine is though considering he has over 13k invested to make his 06 a mudder lol. Maybe I should take a pic of what thoses rings are for?
