because you have the Amc grill style you need a grill from 1984-1990 in 1991 the way the grill bolted in changed... JUst a FYI hope that helps... also since you have a Lardeo packaged Jeep your Grill should also be Chrome from the factory

Actually, I have a grill from a 93' in my 89. The difference in the grills that I noticed was that the 93's grill had the extra plastic "bezel" piece attached on top of the grill, whereas on my 89 it is integrated into the vehicle body. The 93 grill is not exactly plug/play, but 5 minutes with the dremel to cut off that piece and it works good
You can not see the damage done with sloppy dremel work too, which is a bonus. As for the bolting pattern, it was 100% the same, although I agree with NorCal, I would definitely say pre-97.

There are some differences in grill mounting but they can all be made to fit relatively easy. My 92 has 1 fender and all the grill and front trim pieces from a 86.
