Try putting it on it's only 6 phillips screws.

 

My screen must be messed up cuz it looks very rounded.

 

i did try putting it on. there is a small gap on the top or bottom which ever way. if i screwed the top in the gap is in the bottom. its shorter than my 96 grille

 

looks like the grill on my old zj.

 

anyone know for sure?

 

it has the little tabs that fit under the headlight trim rings. therefore it's the same as my chrome 92 grill, could be the same up to 96.

this is up to 90 xj. notice no tabs in the top corner.


yours is definitely an xj grille, most likely a 92 and up. but as mentioned, the trim is different.
here are pics of my 90 (black) and my 92 (chrome).
note the trim is attached to the 92 and not on the 90.
