got real cold over night now no start

I came out to my car and I turn the key! Not trying to do anything. My nss has already been bypassed so what is it

Remove battery cables. Clean them and the battery posts until SHINY.

Check engine grounds. Freshening them is never a bad idea

Verify all fuses are GOOD

Take a meter and check voltage directly at the starter with the key in the ON position. If you have approximately full battery voltage there, replace your starter. If not, you have to work your way back into the engine bay to find out why (control electronics, connections, etc.)

X2^. If you have good voltage at the solenoid terminal on the starter with the key turned to start, Gotta suspect the starter. You can try whacking it....

I'd suspect that NSS bypass. Something to check anyway.
