Greetings Everyone.
Quick Question: I have a no start condition;
1999 Jeep Cherokee 4.0
Previous symptoms (month ago) were gauges periodically dropping to 0 then jumping back up to normal. Most recent symptom was dash voltmeter jumping to pin (19) and falling back to normal.(for a few day} Last symptom was cutoff at stop sign, twice. Parked car in driveway, NO START AFTER THAT.
Present Symptoms are: Good crank, no start, KOEO (obviously), battery shows 12.7 volts. All dash gauges work, except tachometer, fuel pressure gauge (mod) goes up to 50 and holds. All fuses in PDC show 12 volts.
I Suspect the Crankcase Position Sensor, I have seen various post stating that the resistance test for the CPS is that the resistance between terminals B and C should be infinite, My question is, if it is infinite does this indicate that the sensor is bad or good. Thanks for any help you can provide

The CPS won't cause mayhem with your gauges. I suggest you start checking your battery terminals and cables, including grounds, both at the block and the fender.
