Have you checked out the coolant temp sensor?

Ok update of sort my mechanic as found a possible source of the problem it seams the PO for what ever reason cut the wire from the PCM to the fuel pump and grounded it to the chaise and the connection was bad. So he fixed the grounded wire I need to get a new PCM and part of the wire harness at least we are 75% this is the problem
