Default Gentle rattle noise under left driver foot

Can anyone help me with the following ... I have spent months

Gentle rattle noise under left driver foot ... but only on downward irregular slope at idle does it seem noticeable. If I had to guess it happens when I there is not enough forward pressure on the axle / wheels such that the axle sides back and forth creating the rattle - just a GUESS.

It feels like the upper control arm is rattling on the bolt that is closest to the floor board ... but it is tight and the control arm seems to be tight - there is no play in it when the car is stationary.

It started when I jacked up the rear end for about 2 weeks where the front end was on tire chucks. So there was a lot of irregular weight on the front suspension.

To solve I have replaced the upper and lower control arms on the left. I have not replaced the bushing that is on/in the axle bracket. It just looks like a PITA to replace and the rubber looks ok. The old control arms seemed to be fine, but I replaced with new anyway. I did have to pull the axle to the front of the car if that helps with anything.

Looking at other posts I have checked out the following
1. tie rod ends
2. hubs / wheel bearing
3. sway bar and links have been replaced to solve the problem.

Anyone seen this? Any ideas? ANy tests I can perform?

Thanks in advance.

Add to the list of things I have tried to solve the problem ... all the tires are inflated to the proper pressure.

That noise could easily be something coming in contact with your engine..

Try positioning the car in a downward slope and look for anything that looks like it has moved.
