Default GEN Light and Losing Electric Power While Driving

Hey guys, back again with another problem. Some of you may have seen my thread about changing the alternator on a 1996 Cherokee Sport and how it was giving me trouble. Well I eventually got it out and replaced the alternator a week ago to the day. However, today my girlfriend was driving to work and said that the same symptoms were happening to her again with the new alternator: volume reduction on the stereo, wipers slowing down, etc.. She then told me that the GEN light had actually come on this past Saturday but she didn't think anything of it.

Now what I've just done is run some tests with a multimeter to see if I can find anything wrong between the battery and alternator. Here's the results of what I did:

Battery (cold, no load): 12.3 V, charged it back up on the tender just in case
Battery (engine only): 14.5V
Battery (engine, heat, radio, headlights, seated heat warmer): 14.5V
Negative voltage drop (between negative terminal and alternator casing): -0.03V
Parasitic Draw: 0 amps, even with the multimeter on the mA scale

All of those seem to be within reason and during these tests the GEN light wasn't on to my knowledge.

All the connections look good and clean. Her negative battery connection is a bit wobbly on the terminal but it's still tight on the battery. The battery was tested back when I changed the alternator at Advance and read good on their tester.

I'm not a mechanic and I'm not very good with electrics so I'm not sure where to look to next. I appreciate any and all help you guys can give, as I like to try to fix stuff myself if I can.

Any suggestions? I let her drive it to work today because everything was still reading good. The only thing that I can think of is, when I first changed the alternator there was a lot of lint on top of the engine which could've been a mouse nest. Wondering if one chewed on something that I just can't see.
