Gas tank is glugging?

U know when u pour something out and it makes the GLUGGING sound cus it's taking in air. My gas tank does that when I shut it off or if u just rock it. Any ideas?

When you fuel up, does the fuel pump keep kicking off? It sounds like your tank vent tube may be plugged. Just an idea.

Does it make that sound after you drive and shut it off? If so, it's just the gas moving in the tank. Like when you have a bottle of water and you move it back and forth

YA it does it if I just push on my car and rock it
