Gas hesitation when in 4wd in reverse steering to the right

Gas hesitation when in 4wd in reverse steering to the right
My jeep has a gas/throttle hesitation almost to the point where the jeep will die .When you steer the steering wheel all the way to the right in 4wd and in only reverse it does this. Any ideas would be great.
