Default Gas gauge .

Okay , so my gauge will float down almost a quarter tank in gas if I get on it or just drive . So when I get 1/4 tank . It's like constant gas light . But it'll go off . Is this normal ? Or if not what can I do to fix ?

Yes it is normal. Light will also come on if you sit on a hill too. fist time light comes on it drive for a while then it will go off. When it comes back on the second time I put gas in it. Both of my jeeps have done that. 89 and 95
