So I just picked up my first jeep today… 97 2d XJ 5speed… it was a great deal and had low mileage 46k only thing it needed was new tires since the ones on them had a bad case of tire rot… it came with the stock steel wheels during my research of tire I came across a cheap set of wheels. A not so good set of gamblers to fit my new 30x9.5 r15 Bfgoods AT. .. Any way my issue is that the front wheels rub during wheel lock “or close to wheel lock”…

I had though the stock Gamblers (which im not completely sure if these are from a jeep or if they are a remake) would fit fine with no issues 15x8 5.25. Welp there is an issue getting close to wheel lock the rim itself rubs.

Can any of you confirm that this is a typical issue or what a typical set up would be with the gambler wheels. Any photos of what a XJ or similar model would look like with spacers on front and back. Is 1.5 only spacers available.
