Okay I found the wire between my starter relay and the fusible link toasted. So a buddy and I had this to make a quick fix to get me home. First off is this an okay fix and second what size fuse should I use. I know a 15 amp doesn't last long. Any help would be great. You all are the best. Thanks.

P.s. if this is not a good repair can I make this last til next weekend??

Really D, makeing me look this stuff up!!! Ha. Just messing. I have been looking but its hard on my phone. LOL. THANK YOU. That took me to a post on Jeep forum that I think answered my question. The fusible links are for high voltage and suggests a maxi fuse. Which at the time we had a mini fuse. So I think that's why I keep blowing it.
