Fuse question

Fuse question
So, The other day i noticed my jeep had a huge draw, would kill the battery within a couple hrs. Decided id look for it today. I found the one that is drawing off of it with ign off.
The fuse block(under the driver side dash) says FL/Pass, 15 amp fuse. IDK what this goes to as everything works still that i can tell with the fuse out.
Anyone know what this fuse goes to or what i should do to fix it? ive checked my chilton manual, doesnt say much one it =\
