Lifted"hero"

Hey all
I just started having a problem with my xj. The thing is I was doing alot of driving a couple of days ago and on my way back home I would be going at a constant speed and if I went to give it gas it bogged down like crazy and slowed down a lot too but if I let off the pedal a bit it would run normal but if I tried to give just a little more gas it would bogg down.(I tried flooring it too but same thing)
So i pulled over turned it off for a few minutes then started it up and continued on my way and it seemed ok.
does this mean my tranny is going or something else?

That all depends, could be fuel pressure or a plugged convertor. Not enough info to really be of to much help. When was the last time it got a tune up , and wait till tomarrow before you confirm "it seems all better now"
