Exclamation Fuse Box Blown? Help.

While replacing battery terminals, I didn't disconnect the Positive cable from the battery when I was bolting the other end of the cable to the Fuse Box, and bam. Sparks ensued. I crank the Jeep up - new terminals cause Jeep to crank up, but now, all the gauge needles don't work and I seem to have trouble accelerating. While driving to NAPA, the car stuttered a bit during driving.

Checked the 10,15,20,25 fuses under the hood & under the passenger-side Fuse Box and all were good. No melted sightings.

What else could cause my gauges + accelerating to become problematic? F

For search purposes, the issue was an open ground wire to the transmission. The vehicle's electronic system also switched over to 'Limp Home' mode.

The dealership took 2 days to look at it, and the result was $200 in cost. They reset with computer & fixed the ground.

Feel free to PM for any questions if you come up with this maint. problem as I've now been through.
