Fuel system cleaners - what do you use?

I run a thing of Lucas oil at oil change intervals. I run it on about half tank of gas, just do it to keep things clean.
I've tried octane boosters and other additives just for the hell of it. None seem to offer more performance than it would going to a higher grade fuel (octane rating or whatever)
That's on a 91 with 317k and a 99 with 202k

$20 for a pint. It's concentrated. I've seen it do some amazing stuff on both gasoline and diesel engines. Add to a full tank of gas and run the tank low after that.
