Fuel return line leak
I had the fuel rail off of my jeep the other day trying to fix a fuel supply problem. Anyway, that's not the issue, once I put everything back together the fuel return line started leaking. The old retaining clip was broken so I replaced that. Skill didn't fix the leak. I pulled out the little orange o-ring inside the fuel pressure regulater and it looked damaged so I tried putting a new one in there but I can't get the thing to stop leaking. I don't think the o-ring is sitting in the right place but I'm not sure how to get it installed properly. I really don't want to have my engine catch on fire, any ideas?
