Fuel Pump Won't Turn On/ No Start/ No Spark!!
What if the problem here?
I JUST REPLACED THE CPS TODAY!
Still, the fuel pump won't turn on ( it's also BRAND new )
Won't start
Won't even let a spark out!
I've done alot of reading on here and everyone points out the CPS, well that obviously wasn't the problem, any input?
Engine cranks atleast...

Check the ASD and Fuel pump relays. Check the connection for the CPS make sure it is clean and making good contact.
It may be a computer problem.

I did check to see if the relay's were getting power, and theres power going to them but I don't know if the relays are good or not?
I read something about the PCM? Where is this located on a 92?

We just had a 95 with a similar problem would intermittently shut down w/ same symptoms no spark no pump nothing but cranking narrowed it down to ecm or relays.
put in new relays(asd etc..)been running fine since! There maybe power to the relays but they could be bad they are fairly cheap and easy to change up

Not sure of your location. Most are on the passenger side behind the coolant tank. It has a bunch of wires connected to it.
Here is info in testing relays.
With ohmmeter positive probe + on terminal 86 and negative probe - on 85 you should have about 75 ohm. With + on 30 and - on 87A you should have continuity. With + on 30 and - on 87 there should not be continuity.
Now with battery + voltage on 86 and battery ground - on 85, check for continuity between 30 and 87 as above. There should be continuity. No continuity= bad relay.
