Hey guys I changed the fuel pump in my jeep the first one was bad I took the old one off of a jeep I have here at home and now the jeep will only run when the tank is above half full any suggestions on what this is or how to fix it?

 

most likely go get a new fuel pump that's guaranteed to work.

 

Did you get one for 20 gal? I have read that there is a pump for 13 or 15 gal and one for 20 gal and I saw that when I was looking for mine so I googled xj 20 gallon fuel pump.
