Fuel pump foot
Anybody know which way this foot goes on? Flat to the bottom or the top? Does it matter? Not even sure what it's trying to do...

Think I got it
Found the little dimple inside to line it up the right way. Decided to give a little extra help so, more fishing!

The cone goes the other way. Or to say that the cone goes to the bottom of the tank.
That lines up the pump. There is a hole that it fits into.
