PRobably, but there's an easy way to find out. Go to the website of your favorite parts store, and look up the fuel pump for a 93. Note the part number.
Now, on the same website, look up a 95. Compare the part numbers of the two pumps. If they are the same, you are good to go.

Part numbers vary by manufacturer, so unless you know they are made by the same company, you can't rely on that.

It is a new fuel pump someone had from a local jeep club. when I got the part number I researched the actual part. says it is only for 91-93. they do look similar but I was thinking the 93 had different electrical components like a ballast
Rockauto shows one for 93, US Motorworks USEP7072S. They show the same brand for 95, US Motorworks USEP7125S. Close, but no. They show multiple brands for just the pump, but are also different part numbers.

Bummer. Before you give up on it, wander over to Cruiser's site and see if there is any info on it. He is The Man on all things Renix. It's worth a shot.

long story short. my fuel pump went out. I replaced it with bosch fuel pump from rockauto. reinstalled and it worked for 1 day. next day fuel pump is out again. I went ahead and ordered a TYC pump and assembly. should be here in a week.

Now to figure out why a new Bosch fuel pump died in one day, before the same gremlin does it to the next pump.....
that has been on my mind for a week now. in most of my cases it was not a defective part. I dont know what else to check. it has the voltage down to the pump.

Hmmm. Have you verified the voltage while the pump is trying to run? Sometimes you can read a correct voltage when there is no load, but put a load on it, and.... nope! It's gone. This can happen when there is a poor connection between the measurement point and the source of power (the battery).
Like this:
[ BATTERY 13.8 volts ] --------------<garbage connection>------------> [ MEASUREMENT POINT ] Yay! 13.8 volts! All is well! Happy! Right?
Uh, wait a minute. Let's put a load on there and measure again at the same point.
[ BATTERY 13.8 volts ] --------------<garbage connection>------------> [ MEASUREMENT POINT ]<---------------------------------------->[ LOAD ] Uh-oh.
8.7 volts. What happened?
A burnt up pump motor is the result.
(BTW, 8.7 volts is just a hypothetical example. YVMV. Your voltage may vary!)

my voltage readings are consistant at 13v.

yes I had my friend engage the pump with the ignition switch. since it only runs for a few seconds we did it multiple times. I never got a drop in voltage. just the pump did not do anything.
going to try it later today if I get a chance. got alot of family stuff going on today
