fuel pressure and filter

can anybody tell me what the fuel pressure spec is on a 2000 xj 4.0? and where the fuel filter is? thanks!

Fuel pressure should be 49psi +/- 2psi...
filter is on top of pump assembly , you have to drop the tank to get to it..

Fuel filter is not generally replace on the 97 and newer XJs unless testing and or symptoms point directly to it.
