Default Fuel Line send and return

Does anybody who has replaced their fuel rail and the send/return lines know the size of these? I have done some searching on here and found people mention these two fuel line repair kits, but I'm not sure which ones to get:

5/16": http://www.jeep4x4center.com/fuel-oi...-83502745.html
3/8": http://www.jeep4x4center.com/fuel-oi...-83504447.html

Great! Thanks for the info. So I will need one of each, right?
Will I need to get a fuel line removal tool as well?

2 o-rings per connection.

The tool is nice. I've always had one but perhaps someone will chime in on alternate ways to release the fittings.

I've been there a few times, and don't remember! I'm sure the tool is very cheap and you don't want to mess anything up. I probably just wiggled it with pliers or something, but I'm the "plier whisperer", not for mere mortals! I do have dental picks and tiny screwdrivers. Just don't remember though.
