The part i ordered was this one It fits the line, but doesn't seem to seat all the way. Pictures below. Any help would be greatly appreciated since it is now leaking fuel.

Thats as far as i can get it to seat in.

It looks like the right part (Rock Auto has it too). I assume you picked out any old O-rings that might have got mashed into the pressure regulator? It isn't usually that hard to push it in to get a seal. I've had them in and out many times without issue.

IIRC, there are 2 different sizes. One for fuel rails. One for trans cooler lines.

Yeah, I looked in the regulator and it's clear. The weird thing is it feels like it pops into place but it doesn't make a seal and it sticks out like it is in the picture.

So i was tinkering with it today, and if i have the O-rings completely off it seats correctly. So the clip is correct. Any chance that it doesn't actually require both of the o-rings and the spacer it comes with or do i just need to put some more muscle behind it until it works? With both o rings off i do have to do a little nudging of the line to get it the last little bit, but with the o rings off i can do that so it get hung up. Any suggestions?

Install the o-rings, then install the fuel line.

I have never seen a quick connection with more than one O-ring...

Well I stand corrected. Honestly a first for me. Did it come apart that way also?

I think you put that assembly into the regulator side first don't you? And then shove the fuel line into it? Can't remember having to fuss with mine so much so I'm wondering if it's just something simple you're not doing right.

Solved it. I ended up dropping it down to one O-Ring. Fit right away, and no leaks. Thanks everyone for the help!
