rockauto.com is the cheapest place Ive found
theyre carter kit is 110, denso 120, and a spectra "premium" that comes with the float too for 126
so yea 110 at napa as long as its not airtex is a good deal.
so really the newer xjs only have the sock thing?! crazy, i knew the filter was in tank but I thought it still had a conventional inline filter of somesort in theyre. why did they do this?

I'm aware that its in the gas tank. the jeep isn't getting enough fuel for some reason. and it causing a skip on two of my cylinders, fuel isn't getting to the back of the rail. it sat for over a year before i picked it up. everything else checks out. come to the determination that the filter could be clogged up. jeep has 105k. the reason i'm posting is for suggestions and help. if i'm incorrect on something, i'd prefer to be corrected. if i'm looking at the wrong parts. just let me know and give examples.
