Final update

Found freeze plug on top of transmission, no visible holes and it was brass so someone replaced it somewhere in its life. Put in an expandable plug and filled with proper coolant ratio. She started and ran beautifully. Small discoloration in oil must have been a fluke because it's perfectly fine now. Betsy lives to see another day!

Someone left a freeze plug on the tyranny? Lol. Supper! So nice to have a horrible tragedy avoided.

That was probably the 2" plug that goes in the back of the head.

As I said earlier, the rubber plug in that location won't stay in there. I learned from bitter experience.

Let me clarify, I assume the freeze plug popped out somewhere as it was being towed from MD to OH and it just found it's resting place on the trans lol. I just found it yesterday.
And the rubber plug is solely a temp fix because I need to load it onto a trailer next week to travel to my final destination where my household goods and tools are. Then I can drop the trans and fix it there.
As far as finding why my mix was off..no idea. I assume that since I am from the south and we are more likely to just add water from time to time that it finally caught up with me up here in the north. Lesson learned.
Thank again for y'all's advice! God bless

So your thinking with the T-Case and tyranny out you might tilt the engine down a bit and reach the plug on the back of the head?

AFAIK, the head has to come off as I posted earlier.

If you don't need to drive it till you get to your destination then nothing is needed, other than drain the engine block to make sure nothing else happens. You can run it for short periods to load and unload without coolant. If you can get a rubber plug in there it could be considered permanent, I've used them a few times with no issue.

I just checked mine and I'm pretty sure I could get a plug in there.
