Front wheel question

Front wheel question
So here is my question.
My driver side front wheel's offset is about an inch or so off. it sticks out about an inch farther that the back tire. the passenger front is about even with the back. Do I need to get an ajustable track bar? Or is there a simple fix I do not know about. It is a 2000 xj sport 3" lift with 31x10.5 15's. Thank for the help.
