Napa has good bearings,most all of there stuff is just reboxed from all the best manufacturers.

It is a 13MM

When i did mine the 13mm stripped a few of my bolts. The 1/2 fit better. Just make sure you wire brush /pb blast the bolt heads before fitting sockets....made all the difference for me at least
