Default front wheel bearings

i replaced my front wheel bearing over the summer/ about 5 months ago. why would they already need replaced again? i have 2 sets of rims and tires i run on them. one set is 17x9 bfg m/t and the rims have a 5 inch back spaceing and the other ones are 33x12.5 boggers on 15x10 inch rims with 4 inch back spacing. i four wheel it but i think it is way out of the question why the bearings already went bad. it is going to get expensive quick if i replace them 2 0r 3 times a year. i spray out from underneath the jeep everytime i get done wheeling. it is a daily driver and i don't beat the crap out of it on the trail. it has never even hit the limiter and he usually just climb hills. what is the problem here?

Did you install them right? They require 175FT/LBS of torque on the 36mm nut. Also where did you buy them from? If you got them from advance make them replace them the one time they will, and start buying from NAPA

175 ft/lbs is a lot of force. As a matter of a fact, you have to make sure the Torque wrench you use goes that high. Most of the craftsman torque wrenches out there only goes to 150ft/lbs

average impact gun rating is 105ft./lbs. so they are probly just too loose. If you have been running them for a while loose then they are probly smoked.

i would suggest getting the timkens from autozone advanced only carries npt's and nationals which are garbage on my brothers 94 thunderbird his ddnt even last 6 months and he bought the better nationals....the best carquest carries are fenco dynapacks which are also garbage so go to autozone and get the timkens and ask them to price match someone who is cheaper (go there with proof of cheaper price though)

i need to do my drivers side wheel bearing soon
