Here you go man:

Front bumper trimmed:

inside view:

Rear part of front fender trimmed on inside:

Doesn't look so bad right?

Those two spots are the only places it rubs on the street. I have yet to take it off road and i don't plan to disconnect if i do so it should be ok. I did flex test it on a spare 31" tire and no rubbing with the wheel turned full left or right.

I think it's 3.5. I never really measured but looks similar to other 3.5" rigs.

Here's kyle's rig (picture from sticky thread), he has the 3.5" RE kit:

Looks similar. his rear is higher than mine though.

So the Teraflex Budget boost with BPE's and a transfer case drop will work? I will also get YJ brake lines.

This is not a guarantee as each Jeep is different but generally this works well with most XJs. Your results may vary according to the sag and wear that your current springs have and the weight you carry on a daily basis.
The same applies to the vibes that may occur, they are very unpredictable. Some will vibrate with a 2" budget boost while the next one may allow a 4.5" lift and require no alterations to be vibration free.
Let us know if your results are good or not!

Where can I find BPE's for cheap? I called 4wd.com but they quoted me $80 for 4.

They can be fabbed up from angle and flat bar stock. For under $10 if you have a welder and a little bit of time and patience.

yes two. i only got one since i already had a set from my old TJ. i still don't know why its 80 bucks. the other bpe's they have are 30 something so i can see them going to 80 but the full traction ones are $24 last time i checked. do a google search for Full Traction bar pin eliminators and you will see the price on other web sites. Tell 4wd about it and they will beat that price. keep in mind they will need modified to fit the OME bushings using a larger bolt than what is provided. you just get a larger bolt and drill the hole so it fits that bolt.. make sure they give you the right sets for front and rear because they sent me two rear sets and i had to modify one set to fit the front.

Edit:

Here:
http://www.hippshobbies.com/proddeta...od=FTS-BPE1005
Send that link to 4wd.com's email support team and they will beat or match the price.

For those who are wondering my rig sits at about 4.25" as RE kits run higher then listed.
