Right lower control arm wiggles back and forth slightly (turning motion)

Exhaust kind of close to underbody side rail

bearings at entrance of front differential bad causing slight wiggle

small squeak when pushing up on transfer case

How are your motor mounts? The torquing of the engine could be banging the exhaust into the frame rail. Is it just on loud pop? Or multiple pops? That loose lca could definitely make some noise too.

If you get under there and jam the exhaust into the frame rail, is it the same noise? Easy way to rule it out.

I have the exact same noise!!! I still haven't found it! I replaced wheel hubs and everything, I think its my motor or tans mounts on a slight hill tilting the vehicle to the right I can hear it constantly, but if I hold my shifter to the left or right it stops

You recommend checking the engine mounts

Yeah check the engine and tranny mounts. The squeak when you push up on the TC may point to a bad tranny mount. Could also be a million other things though.... Hah

popping doesnt really sound like exhaust slapping the rail. so probably not the issue
