Okay thanks guys. So after driving around for a couple of days now, my driveshaft vibes are minimized. I thought maybe the wheel bearings were going out because my jeep would vibrate while coming to a stop. Then I realized today that It is only when I downshift that it vibrates. What could cause this?

do you have mud terrains? they vibe when going real slow or stopping. what kind of vibes?

You really want to check the caster angle. That is very important, and will set your pinion angle to where it needs to be. If the vibes come on when you brake, then check for a warped rotor, IDK if you're braking when you get the vibes or not, if not then disregard the last statement. If you get the caster set correctly, it will in turn, set your pinion angle in the process. HTH!!

It happens when I downshift. It still happens when I'm not on the brakes. Say for instance you are getting ready to turn onto a side street or a parking lot. When I first let the clutch out it starts to vibrate but then when it is up to speed with the gear, it doesn't do it. It's almost like a bad mount or something, maybe? It doesn't do it once in the gear, just on the initial clutch release.
