Anyone running an Auburn ECTED locker up front, with larger than 31" tires.

 

I just have a Lock rite .. and i like it.

 

RenoXJ, I'm fixing to put an Aussie locker in the front of my XJ. Pretty much the same set up as you have. So, when in 2WD you don't even feel your Locker, right?.....and in 4WD it crawls over whatever you point it at.

 

exactly. sometimes, in 2wd when making a uturn in the street. you can hear some slight ratcheting noise but its nothing bad. and in 4 wheel it really goes anywhere...

 

Can't wait to get my lockers installed. Santa is bringing me Aussies front and rear.

just a lockrite up front and powertrax in rear. Point and crawl...couldn't ask for better.

 

I had Lock Rites front and rear in my Toyletta. I loved them. 5.29 gears and 35" tires they never gave me a hint of grief. Figured I'd try the Aussies because they are basically the same thing, they are cheaper and everything I've read about them in Jeep XJ axles is all good.

 

I'll take that as a NO
