Default Front end knock when turning left

It's most prominent when sitting at a stand still and turning the wheel slightly left. You can hear it at very low speeds too. Normal driving, nothing is heard. Thoughts?

Any loose steering problems? My first thought would be ball joint(s)

No, steering seems fine. I plan on jacking the jeep up, taking off the tires and take a look. Would axle u joints make that noise too? Or bad tie rod ends?

is it just a single knock once you turn to the left when both moving or sitting at a stand still?

Yes. And it only needs a slight turn to get the knock.

Probably wheel bearing. Bad bearing is one opposite the direction you're steering. Right turn and noise is left bearing.

First thing to DO is tighten the track bar BRACKET to FRAME bolts on the driver's side frame rail. Don't just look at them. Tighten them.

x2 with what Cruiser said. If that is not it, I would lean towards a steering component being loose or worn. Grab onto the track bar and feel for play, do the same for the tie rod and drag link.

Could this be the cause? That's the sway bar link correct? This is the passenger side but there is a gap like this on both sides. I can move the passenger side by hand side to side with a decent amount of effort.

Here's the top bushings. Both sides look the same but the drivers side has no play in it like the passenger side. Should I just get a bushing kit from napa and replace or should I get new links as well?

My knock ended up being this

you can get new links pretty darn cheap and alot less frustrating then replacing bushings.
