Front Driveshaft replacement bolt.. where to buy?

any one have a source for these bolts? my son is looking for a set of 4.

Bone yard. You'll get what you need. And cheap. And... it's a good father son bonding get moment.... strolling the yard, filling your tool box with about 500 other bolts and screws you took off other jeeps in case you need them later, and only paying for the 4 you came in for... PRICELESS!

he got the driveshaft from the yard. it was out and laying in the back so the bolts weren't there. all the jeeps he looked at were missing the front shaft so no bolts there. figured we could find new ones somewhere.

I used grade 8 allen head bolts.....1/4 28 IIRC.

cool thanks guys... i like the allen head idea...

i think he found a set from a guy he has delt with on craigslist. i'm gonna check them out and match them up so i have a few here laying around..

Also just regular grade 8 bolts and washers from the hardware store will work.

Not.


The head on standard bolts won't fit in the space provided on the drive shaft.
