Attached by little plastic clips. Gently Pry it off with a flat tool, like a spatulla, next to each clip. Remove the screws in the handle and on the edges first.

unscrew the handle, arm rest, and take off the window crank (assuming you have manual doors). then go around the perimeter of the panel pulling out. dont be scared of wrecking anything. then when you get all of the clips (for lack of a better word) out, feed the door handle through the opening in the panel while sliding the panel outwards from the cab.

well i got the panels off and did my mirrors and my speakers. i couldnt get the window crank off cause i have no idea how they are held on. i ended up breaking the one plastic screw mount for the handle on the driver door so its held on with the other screw only. lol. my driver side speaker only works when the door is closed for some weird reason but the new pioneers i put in sound really good matched up to my JVC head unit.

While the door was apart, should run new speaker wire. Slap new clips on the locking rods (there cheap). And if you have electric windows, locks, mirrors. check the wiring in the rubber sleeve Between door & body for any signes of ware (most common spot to break). It saves some work down the road.......................................JMO!

manual crank window winders just pull off. you'll have to get a good grip, then a nice tug to pull them off. then just push them back on.
