Front axle bumper/snubber
My left front axle bumper is missing. When I hit even a moderate bump, metal crashes together. Sounds like I tore the bottom out of the Jeep.
The Jeep dealer told me Mopar no longer services this part. O'Reilly's told me they can't get them.
I have a '92 Laredo 4WD 4.0 HO.
Any ideas for getting one, other than a salvage yard?

Any Jeep or 4 wheel drive parts house will have them. Think they are like $20 at 4 Wheel Parts and Quadratec and JC Whitney.

if you're getting contact between the tower and the axle over small bumps, you have way worse problems then a missing bumpstop...
first, you obviously need new shocks
second, there are tons of places that carry replacement bumpstops. search.
