Default Amazing!

Just did this and voilla! My hard shifting is gone! So smoooth now
btw for the guys who had the release button stick (like me) you can push up on the button from underneath the contraption (or pry it up with a flathead or something) and it will pop the button back up!

I know this page is dead but I just want to say thank you so very much for this how to. I removed my throttle body a while ago to clean the **** out of it and ever since then I've been noticing that my Jeep didn't have the same torque or power it once did. I am so happy its back now. Thank you again

Just did this free mod too. Amazing difference and how easy it is! Been getting 18 mpg in town. I'll post the difference after a week of driving.

My button is stuck. I have been PB blasting and trying to get this thing loose for weeks. But no movement. I really want to do it. I have slack and minor shifting problems. Any ideas? Next thing to try?

Maybe it IS down.
Try pushing it back up.
Does the conduit slide in with the button the way it is.

Unlock it and soak it in a container of penetrating oil.
