how much fluid goes into a cherokee 231 transfer case

ya i did that and i also put a sye in it and it still is comin out of the seal that is up against the yoke

ok i will see wat i can do. i also work at a mopar dealership and they say my breather hose could be clugged also

could be, could be also the seal is on backwards...

well i installed another one because the original seal was junk where do u get ur seal from and i will just have to try a different brand seal

ok when you install the tail cover you push it around the shaft and there you have to be very carefull to not bend the lip of the seal to the outside or scar it. I suggest you remove the tail cover and check the seal lip condition, if it's good and the spring is tight aroud it give it another try and be sure you don't reverse the lip orientation.
